Thank you for shopping at CalmByLili. This Shipping Policy applies to all physical product orders.
- PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Processing includes:
- Quality inspection of your natural crystal product
- Secure packaging
- Preparing shipping labels
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
- SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIME
Domestic (China):
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
International:
- Standard International Shipping: 10-25 business days after processing
- Express Shipping (where available): 5-12 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. CalmByLili is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
- SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
- ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number (where available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
- CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (IMPORTANT)
International Orders:
- Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country’s customs authority
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer (the recipient)
- CalmByLili does not collect these fees and has no control over them
- Customs policies vary by country — please check with your local customs office before ordering
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by customs clearance
- Seizure or destruction of packages by customs
- Refunds for packages refused due to customs fees
- UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed package at customs or local post office
- Refusal to pay customs duties
You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If you do not wish to have the package re-shipped, we will issue a refund for the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
- LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Contact your local post office
- SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship worldwide. However, we do not ship to:
- Countries or regions under international sanctions
- PO Boxes (for certain carriers — please contact us before ordering)
