Thank you for shopping at CalmByLili. This policy applies to our two types of offerings: Free Services and Physical Products.
PART 1: FREE FIVE-ELEMENT READINGS (DIGITAL SERVICES)
Our Five-Element Readings are provided completely free of charge.
Since no payment is made by you for these services:
- There are no refunds to issue (no monetary transaction occurred)
- We do not offer refunds, credits, or compensation for free readings
- If you are unsatisfied with your free reading, you are welcome to request a new reading by submitting your birth details again
We strive to provide valuable and accurate insights, but please be aware that these readings are for entertainment and personal growth purposes only (see our Disclaimer for full details).
Need help with your reading? Contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will do our best to clarify any questions you may have.
PART 2: PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (CRYSTAL AND STONE JEWELRY)
Due to the natural and unique nature of our products, our return policy is as follows.
- NATURAL VARIATIONS – NOT A BASIS FOR RETURN
Our products are made from genuine natural crystals, gemstones, and minerals. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Natural stones vary in color, texture, size, and pattern
- Inclusions, fissures, and natural markings are normal and are not defects
- No two pieces are identical — the product you receive will be unique
- The product may look slightly different from the photo on our website
These natural variations do NOT qualify as a “defect,” “not as described,” or a valid reason for return or exchange.
- ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- The product arrives damaged or broken due to shipping
- You received the wrong product (different item than what you ordered)
- RETURN PERIOD
If your return is eligible under Section 2 above, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
- CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
- The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
- You must provide photographic evidence of damage or the incorrect item
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions
- EXCHANGES AND CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
We do not accept exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, a replacement of the same product will be sent (not a different item).
Engraved, personalized, or custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
- If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost
- For all other returns (if we make an exception), you are responsible for the return shipping cost
- REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned:
- Products that have been worn or used
- Products returned without original packaging
- Customized or engraved items
- Products returned after 14 days
- Products damaged by customer mishandling

- Photos of the product (showing damage or issue)
- Brief description of the problem
We will respond within 2 business days.
