PART 1: FREE FIVE-ELEMENT READING
- What information do I need to provide for a free reading?
You need to provide:
- Your first name
- Your birth date (year, month, day)
- Your email address
- Your focus area: Career, Relationships, or Wealth
Optional but helpful: Your birth time (if known). The more precise your birth details, the more accurate your reading will be.
- Is the reading really free? No hidden fees?
Yes, the reading is completely free. No credit card required, no hidden fees, no automatic subscription. You will receive your reading via email at no cost.
- How long does it take to receive my reading?
You will receive your reading within 24 hours after submitting your birth details. In most cases, responses are sent within 12 hours.
- I don’t know my exact birth time. Can I still get a reading?
Yes. Birth time is optional. If you don’t know your exact birth time, simply leave that field blank. We will still provide a meaningful Five-Element reading based on your birth date.
- How accurate is the reading?
Our readings are based on traditional BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny) and Five-Element theory — a system of energy balance used for centuries. While we strive for accuracy, please remember that these readings are for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal growth purposes only (see our Disclaimer for full details).
- Can I request another reading for a different focus area?
Yes. You are welcome to submit another request for a different focus area (e.g., Career after previously requesting Relationships). Each submission will generate a new reading based on your birth details and your selected focus area.
- Will I receive spam emails after requesting a reading?
No. We only use your email to send your reading and occasional updates if you have opted in to our newsletter. We do not sell or share your email with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Can I request a reading for someone else (family member, friend)?
Yes. You may submit birth details on behalf of someone else, but you should have their consent. You will need to provide their first name, birth date, and email address to receive the reading results.
- Is the reading suitable for children?
Our readings are designed for individuals 18 years and older. We do not knowingly provide readings for children under 18.
- What should I do if I haven’t received my reading?
If you have not received your reading within 24 hours, please:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder
- Ensure you entered your email address correctly

- Why does the crystal I received look different from the photo on your website?
This is because natural crystals, gemstones, and minerals have inherent variations. Each stone is unique. Differences in:

- Are your crystals authentic natural stones?
Yes. All our crystals, gemstones, and minerals are 100% natural and authentic. We do not sell synthetic, lab-created, or imitation stones unless explicitly stated.
- How do I care for and clean my crystal jewelry?
To keep your crystal jewelry in good condition:
- Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals (perfume, hairspray, cleaning products)
- Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth
- Store in a soft pouch or separate compartment to avoid scratches
- Some stones may fade in direct sunlight — store away from prolonged sun exposure

- What if my crystal arrives broken or damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the damage
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund and Returns Policy.
- Can I request a specific color or size variation?
Because our products are made from natural stones, we cannot guarantee specific color, size, or pattern variations. The product you receive will be unique. If you have a strong preference, please contact us before ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate (but cannot guarantee).
PART 3: ORDERS, SHIPPING, AND RETURNS
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and other payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors.
- Do you ship internationally?

- How long does shipping take?
- Domestic (China): 3-7 business days after processing
- International Standard: 10-25 business days after processing
- International Express (where available): 5-12 business days after processing

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by their country. CalmByLili does not collect these fees and has no control over them. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
- Can I return or exchange my product?
Yes, but only under specific conditions:
- Product arrived damaged or broken
- You received the wrong product

- What if my package is marked “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Contact your local post office
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, CalmByLili is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
